English speaking families

    We have just moved to Fukuoka City. My oldest boy is 4 and his strongest language is English. He is feeling lonely, and I am hoping we can find another English speaking boy around his age for him to go to the park, eat out, be silly with, etc. Hope to hear from someone soon!
