On the second Saturday of every month, this fish market (commonly referred to as “Fukuoka’s Kitchen”) opens to the public. The 40 stalls sell every kind of fish imaginable, any way you want it: cooked, raw, or still wriggling! From 9:30, catch the main event: a professional slices up tuna, and shoppers bid for cuts.
