Calling all otaku and fancy dress fanatics! The catchily named “Cosplay Dontaku parade 2015 with Anime Song Dance Party NEXT” will be hitting Suzaki Park on May 4th. This anime-orientated blowout, organized by “Fukuoka Anime Event Project” and NPO “Moshimo BOX”, aims to promote cosplay and otaku culture in Fukuoka. This means a colourful cosplay parade, open to all willing to don a costume, as well as a huge party with music, dancing, bingo games, and something intriguingly termed a “picture event”.
