From Mar. 18 enjoy four days of sake (nihonshu) tasting in front of JR Hakata Station. This event will feature over 49 varieties of sake specially selected from 16 Kyushu-based brewers. The festival will also have a variety of food stands and will feature performances by several jazz musicians and the Brass Band Club of Seika Joshi High School. A great opportunity to taste and learn about local sake that you cannot easily find elsewhere.

・Entrance is free. First booklet of tickets is ¥1,200 and includes a sake cup and ten tickets. Subsequent tickets can be purchased for ¥500 (for 5 tickets). The number of tickets varies from brand to brand. The minimum is 3 tickets (¥300).
