Twenty-seven sections of the Kitakyushu City Urban Expressway will trial a short-trip discount toll from Sep~Mar. The ¥200 toll will be available for ETC holders only, and for trips of up to three sections of the expressway in the Kurosaki, Kokura and Wakato areas.
