Fukuoka City based, Chikaranomoto, has announced the opening of a Hakata Ippudo Ramen shop in Paris in August 2015. The Paris Ramen Week “Zuzutto” produced by Narumi Kawara founder of Hakata Ippudo became a big success last year creating a big buzz for the Ippudo ramen brand too. Les Halles, known as “the kitchen of Parisians” or “the stomach of Paris”, is was selected for the shop’s location. The company is planning to hold a spectacular opening ceremony.
