Theatrical companies and actors from Fukuoka and across Japan will perform seven productions over the course of this energetic and diverse festival. See a wide range of stage performances including “Toge (thorn)” whose director was awarded the prize in the Young Director Contest 2014 and Okazaki Art Theatre’s new title “+51 Aviacion, San Borja” which has English subtitles (5/10 only). Performances will take place at three of Fukuoka’s theaters: Nishitetsu Hall, IMS Hall, and Pon Plaza Hall. Check individual venue websites for programme details.
